Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, or related.
• 3–8 years of experience in finance, analytics, automation, or related field.
• Experience applying AI/automation to solve business problems with scripting and tooling.
• Proven track record redesigning and automating manual processes.
• Solid finance knowledge to understand reporting, budgeting, and data flows; strong Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled forecasting, budgeting, run-rate, and expense analytics.
• Redesign reporting processes and simplify workflows across global finance teams.
• Develop scalable reporting models, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Lead finance process transformation initiatives embedding AI and automation.
• Support planning, reporting, and decision-making across regions with data visualization.
