Qualifications

• Up to 3–4 years of FP&A or Reporting experience.
• Strong Excel and VBA skills; experience with SAP FICO modules.
• Experience in project business and project controlling; able to work with diverse teams across countries.
• Strong analytical problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Fluent English communication.
• Valid visa or work permit for Poland.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end financial closing activities, including data validation, reconciliations, and exception reviews.
• Conduct Order Dashboard analysis, identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Provide technical support including macros, VBA programming, and advanced Excel solutions.
• Assist CoE Team Leader with CSE HUB activities and respond to requests from the Controller.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for business/functions as requested.
• Develop automated solutions to improve performance and reduce duplications.
