A builder mindset with ownership of outcomes is essential. The role blends external engagements with internal platform work, shaping reusable patterns and accelerating AI adoption across NetguruOS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience, incl. 3+ years shipping AI systems.
• 2+ years in a client-facing consulting or pre-sales role.
• Proven full-cycle ownership: discovery, scoping, build, production, handoff.
• Strong Polish and English communication at senior stakeholder level.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams or Netguru units; run discovery with stakeholders.
• Lead pre-sales on AI opportunities: scope, price, propose, close.
• Design and ship AI-enabled workflows; ensure measurable business impact.
• Work with client environments, security, and governance requirements.
