Job summary

TechTree is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own the successful deployment of AI solutions for enterprise customers, leading complex implementations from scoping through production launch.

You will align Product, Engineering and customer teams, define requirements and timelines, and ensure deployments land on time and scale beyond the initial rollout. This role demands a hands-on, proactive approach and strong stakeholder management.

About the Role

As a Deployment Strategist, you'll own the successful deployment of AI solutions for enterprise customers - turning ambitious AI initiatives into real, measurable outcomes. You'll lead complex implementations from early scoping through production launch, working closely with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, timelines, and success metrics.

This is not a coordination role. You'll be the driving force behind each deployment - making sure it lands on time, performs in production, and scales beyond the initial rollout.

What You'll Do

Own and lead deployment of the platform and AI agents for enterprise customers

Engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience

Background in management consulting, strategy consulting, or technical consulting - particularly in problem discovery and working with senior stakeholders

Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
