Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an Applied AI Business Analyst who can translate business problems into data and AI solutions. You will work with client teams to frame opportunities, document requirements and map processes, creating value cases for prototypes and guiding engineers.

You will liaise with stakeholders and technical teams, applying knowledge of finance, AI concepts and governance to deliver concrete results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in business analysis in tech, data or AI projects, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
Proven elicitation, mapping and translating business needs into tech delivery.
Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong problem-framing and data analysis using SQL, Excel and Power BI.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across audiences.
Experience in fast-paced environments with incomplete requirements.
Understanding of data, AI and generative AI concepts and safe usage.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritise high-value data and AI opportunities with client teams.
Document requirements and map related processes and data.
Define success measures and construct business value cases for prototypes.
Bridge between stakeholders and engineers by translating needs into technical requirements.
