Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to drive impact with technology, AI, and analytics across client topics and industries. You will work in teams of 3–5 consultants alongside experts and partners, gathering information, testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical, technical, or economics-related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience; exposure to technology, AI, data analytics, cloud, cybersecurity is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional track record.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interest in technology and AI.
• Evidence of leadership, initiative, and impact through experiences.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
• Fluent English and proficiency in the local language where the office is located.

Responsibilities

• Work with C-suite executives to problem-solve key issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Join as a Business Analyst and work across client topics, industries, and functions.
• Collaborate on engagements related to technology, AI, digital transformation, and analytics.
• Contribute to client presentations and support implementation with client teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues from McKinsey’s Tech & AI community.
• Receive training and frequent coaching from teams and partners.
• Navigate staffing opportunities and build a broad internal network.
