EY Poland's Applied AI Engineering team seeks a skilled Business Analyst bridging business, data, and technology. You will translate ambiguous client needs into clearly defined analytics and AI-enabled solutions, working closely with business teams and engineers.

You will elicit requirements, map processes and define success metrics to guide prototypes, while ensuring alignment with regulatory and financial services realities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of business analysis experience in technology, data or AI projects, or a Master’s degree with ~3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience eliciting requirements, mapping processes and translating business needs into technology delivery.
• Ability to work confidently with both business stakeholders and technical/data teams.
• Data literacy with practical data analysis using SQL, Excel and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Identify, frame and prioritise high-value data and AI opportunities with clients’ business teams.
• Document business requirements and map related processes and data.
• Define success measures and the business value case for prototypes.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for engineers.
• Perform light data analysis and create simple views/visualisations to assess feasibility.
• Shape and prioritise the prototype backlog with the Tech Lead.
