Job summary

EY is seeking an AI & Data Manager in Katowice to design cloud data architectures and lead cross-functional teams across international projects. You will guide data engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive architectural decisions to deliver scalable data solutions.

Role requires 7+ years in hands-on data roles, 3+ years in architecture and leadership, and strong cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP). Hybrid work with 2 days in office in Katowice is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional, hands-on experience building complex solutions.
• 3+ years in an Architect role designing data solutions.
• 3+ years experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
• 3+ years leadership and people management.
• Understanding data fabric, data mesh, data vault.
• Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions.
• Experience in cost estimation and delivery planning with business teams.
• English at least C1.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for cloud-based data solutions and drive team execution.
• Lead and grow teams of Data Engineers across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with product managers and partners globally to deliver scalable data platforms.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure reliable, maintainable implementations.
