Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) seeks a senior architecture expert to move projects onto a cloud-enabled track. You will design and oversee solutions in a global context, collaborating with leaders across industries and continents.

In this hybrid role, expect to work from Wrocław or Katowice with 2 days in office and 3 days remote. You will influence data architecture choices, lead design discussions, and partner with product managers and stakeholders worldwide to deliver scalable data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience building complex solutions.
• 5+ years in an architect role designing and building complex data solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure, AWS or GCP cloud products and services.
• 5+ years building and designing Big Data platforms using Databricks, Snowflake, or similar.
• Understanding of data fabric, data mesh, data vault.
• Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions.
• Experience creating reliable solution plans in cooperation with business and multi‑disciplinary teams: cost estimation, delivery approaches.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking through research of client inquiries and emerging issues related to regulations, industry practice and new application technologies.
• Experience in using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Very good English (verbal and written).
