Carlsberg Group is seeking an AI Automation Specialist in Poznań to lead AI-driven automation across People & Culture, focusing on SAP Joule and enterprise AI applications.

You will act as Product Owner for SAP Joule, translate priorities into scalable solutions, and drive adoption and value across the workforce, reporting to the Implementation Manager. The role combines strategy, governance, and hands-on design within a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise HR technology platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Joule, including integrations and global deployment environments.
• Significant experience in HR technology, HRIS, automation, AI-enabled business solutions or digital transformation within a complex international organization.
• Solid understanding of global People & Culture processes, employee lifecycle processes and digital service delivery.
• Experience implementing workflow automation, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or related technologies.

AI Automation Specialist

Role overview

In this role, you will lead the identification, design, implementation and governance of AI-driven automation across People & Culture, with a key focus on SAP Joule and other enterprise AI applications.

You will support the Digital Adoption & Experience team and act as Product Owner for SAP Joule and related AI-enabled employee experience solutions. Reporting to the People@Carlsberg Implementation Manager, you will translate strategic priorities into solutions that improve adoption, operational efficiency, process quality and business value, while also contributing AI expertise across the wider P&C Transformation team.
