OANDA Corporation in Warsaw is seeking an AI ASO Specialist to bridge traditional app discovery with AI-driven recommendations. You will join the Marketing team in shaping metadata and backlink strategies for iOS and Android.

You will audit visual assets, run A/B tests, and experiment with AI-generated indexing approaches to improve app visibility and conversions. Fluency in English is required, with hybrid office participation two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience acquiring quality backlinks to drive store authority.
• Strong understanding of keyword ranking algorithms for iOS and Android stores.
• Familiar with App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including deep-linking concepts.

Responsabilités

• Execute an AI-enhanced metadata strategy to craft high-converting titles, subtitles, and descriptions for iOS and Android.
• Drive off-page link building to secure high-quality backlinks for app store listings and landing pages.
• Lead CRO by auditing icons, screenshots, and preview videos and running structured A/B tests in store experiments.
• Pioneer App Engine Optimization by testing AI-generated indexing strategies to improve app discoverability in search tools.
