Job summary

OANDA’s Warsaw team is seeking an AI SEO Specialist to bridge traditional search with AI-driven discovery. You will join our Marketing Department and help shape our digital footprint through AI-assisted workflows and high-quality backlinks.

You will work in a hybrid model, meeting in the office twice a week and collaborating with a small, dedicated SEO & ASO squad to push forward our content strategy and technical SEO initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experiences acquiring high-quality backlinks through manual outreach and digital PR.
• Strong understanding of keyword intent and SERP dynamics.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted workflows for content creation and optimization.
• Familiarity with LLMs, GEO concepts and AI-driven SEO.
• Excellent written and spoken English communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead off-page SEO by securing high-authority backlinks in Finance/Trading niches.
• Manage outreach and relationships with financial publishers, blogs, and news outlets.
• Execute AI-enhanced content strategy using internal AI tools for fast, high-quality drafts.
• Audit and optimize website structure, meta tags, internal linking, and crawlability.
• Experiment with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve AI-generated summaries and references.
