Job summary

Nordea seeks an experienced AI & Analytics Engineer to build advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions that improve operational decision-making and service reliability. This maternity cover role is based in Gdańsk with hybrid working and full-time employment through EOY 2027.

You will design dashboards, AI agents, and decision intelligence tools, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Snowflake and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
• 3+ years in analytics/AI-driven roles with BI exposure.
• Excellent English skills (C1) and strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build AI and BI analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, and Snowflake.
• Design dashboards and decision intelligence tools for business and tech stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Nordea stakeholders to drive strategic tech initiatives.
• Ensure reliability and performance in an Agile SAFe environment.
