Job summary
Nordea in Warsaw is searching for an AI & Analytics Engineer to join the End User Engineering and Operations team on a full-time basis. You will build AI-enabled solutions, including agentic and generative AI, to enhance the end-user experience and drive data-driven decisions.
You will partner with stakeholders across Nordea to shape strategic technology initiatives, design analytical products and dashboards, and ensure compliance with IT policies. Fluency in English is required.
Qualifications
- Experience building AI-enabled solutions or contributing to AI projects.
- Experience configuring flows, skills and queues for conversational AI.
- Experience with ITSM/JIRA or similar issue tracking systems.
- Experience designing analytical products, dashboards and decision-support solutions.
- Excellent English skills (C1) supporting collaboration.
- Master's degree in Science, Software Eng, Mathematics, Statistics or 3+ years in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Build AI solutions including agentic and generative AI.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive strategic AI initiatives.
- Analyze and model data to identify trends and recommendations.
- Design and run tests and maintain technical documentation.
