Job summary

Nordea is seeking experienced AI & Cloud Engineers to join the Integration SRE team in Poland. You will help deliver secure, automated cloud infrastructure and AI-enabled platform capabilities, collaborating with engineers, product owners, and governance stakeholders.

The role focuses on designing, building, testing and improving cloud platform patterns, automation, and operational controls to enable safe provisioning and operation of data and AI solutions within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Advanced Kubernetes usage and container orchestration expertise.
• Terraform IaC with modules, state management and promotion across environments.
• Practical IAM, least privilege, service accounts, secrets management and secure access patterns.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, LLMs and automation.
• Strong observability and monitoring implementation for cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and improve infrastructure components on cloud platforms.
• Create reusable infrastructure-as-code modules for networking, IAM, secrets and logging.
• Support secure landing-zone patterns, including VPCs, segmentation and private connectivity.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for provisioning, validation, testing and deployment of platform components.
• Establish observability with logging, monitoring, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, governance and architecture teams to meet security and compliance.
