Job summary

Nordea in Poland is seeking experienced AI & Cloud Engineers to join the Integration SRE team. You will design, build, and improve cloud platform patterns and automation to enable AI solutions within a regulated banking environment.

The role involves collaboration with engineers, architects, product owners, and governance stakeholders, with a hybrid working model and potential on-call rotation in the future.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Strong Terraform skills including modules and state handling.
• IAM, least privilege, secrets management and secure access patterns.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for infra provisioning and release management.
• Experience with AI technologies and observable cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and improve infrastructure components on cloud platforms.
• Implement reusable infrastructure-as-code modules for projects and security guardrails.
• Support secure landing-zone patterns and network isolation.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for provisioning, testing, deployment and lifecycle management.
• Build observability with logging, monitoring, dashboards and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, governance and architecture teams to ensure security and compliance.
