Job summary

EIS Ltd in Warsaw is looking for an experienced AI System Architect to lead the architecture of their agentic AI platform. This role involves defining the framework for multi-agent systems across various domains including Policy, Billing, and Claims. Responsibilities include overseeing architecture decisions and ensuring compliance with AI safety standards while working in a modern and flexible remote environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong systems background, proven experience in production environments, and an advanced degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and shipping agentic systems in production.
• Strong systems background in data‑intensive, distributed, and latency‑sensitive design.
• Experience with agent evaluation and observability.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of EIS’s agentic platform.
• Define and enforce levels of autonomy.
• Drive the MCP strategy and maintain multiple stack approach.
• Lead architecture decision records for agentic capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with AI safety standards.

Skills

Designing and shipping agentic systems

Systems background in data-intensive design

Experience with Java/Spring ecosystem

Strong with Typescript and Python for AI

Hands-on with vector databases

Experience shipping AI services on cloud platforms

Familiarity with regulated domains

Excellent communication skills

Education

Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
