Job summary

Product Pulse in Poland is seeking a Mid-Senior Software/AI Engineer to build and enhance AI agents for Slack and Teams, integrating tools and shipping reliable code to production daily in a fast-paced, small-team environment.

The role is fully remote in Poland, with responsibility for the agent runtime, integrations, infrastructure, and live incident ownership, offering high ownership in a founding-stage company.

Qualifications

• Experience building or significantly modifying AI agents.
• Fluency in agentic coding workflows.
• Experience with systems thinking and technical trade-offs.
• Ability to ship to production quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build the agent runtime: sandboxed execution, tool orchestration, memory, and the closed-loop that verifies the agent’s own work.
• Ship integrations – OAuth, webhooks, schema mapping, error handling – that work on real customer data from day one.
• Run the infrastructure: container orchestration, autoscaling, cost per task – to keep the product fast and affordable.
• Ship product features directly to users through Slack and Teams, seeing immediate impact.
• Take ownership of live surfaces and resolve incidents, including 3 AM outages, with end-to-end system knowledge.
