deepsense.ai Sp. z o.o. is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to own end-to-end delivery of AI engagements and lead a team of engineers.

You will run discovery, workshops, and help prioritise AI use-cases while ensuring high-quality delivery and business impact. You will act as a client-facing partner, translating business goals into deliverable scope, managing governance, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for AI projects.
• Strong background in machine learning.
• Experience with AI/ML stack including LLMs, RAG, and agents.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1) – written and spoken.
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML projects for clients.
• Experience in delivery management with direct line-management responsibility.
• Consultancy or professional-services experience with delivery–commercial balance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI engagements — quality, predictability, and impact.
• Translate business goals into deliverable scope and earn senior stakeholders’ confidence.
• Run discovery and workshops with clients and prioritise AI use-cases.
• Lead delivery governance — scope, risk, dependencies, staffing, and health metrics.
• Line-manage a team of AI engineers: 1-on-1s, feedback, growth, and performance.
• Support presales: scoping, proposals, and shaping engagements.
• Strengthen the delivery practice — create playbooks, standards, and knowledge sharing across teams.
