Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (minimum B2).
• Knowledge of Polish (minimum B2).
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
• Attention to detail.
• Confidence learning and working with new systems and digital tools.
• Collaborative, team-player mindset.
• Availability for 35 hours per week in the afternoons, between 10:00 and 22:00.
• Suitable for students or candidates available to work afternoons.
• Good sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs documentation for Western Europe.
• Complete customs declarations and supporting documents submitted for clients.
• Confirm required data and documentation are available and correct for customs entry.
• Use several systems and tools to complete tasks on time.
• Follow group customs standard operating procedures.
• Resolve customs-process queries and issues.
• Maintain good customer relations and ensure high-quality service through written stakeholder communication.
• Support compliance with the Union Customs Code and DFDS customs operations.
