Parimatch is expanding its affiliate ecosystem and seeks a results-driven Partnerships Manager in Warsaw. You will identify and recruit high-tier SEO affiliates, structure lucrative CPA and RevShare deals, and nurture long-term relationships to scale player acquisition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of boots-on-the-ground experience in iGaming affiliate marketing.
• Must bring an existing, active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters.
• Proven success navigating diverse markets (UK/Italy, SEA, LATAM/MENA).
• Strong understanding of SEO metrics and tracking platforms.
• Expert-level negotiation with win-win structures.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

• Partner Acquisition & Growth:Identify, recruit, and onboard high-tier SEO affiliates and media buying teams.

• Quality Control:Proactively monitor traffic quality, ensuring strict compliance with brand guidelines and anti-fraud protocols.

• Ecosystem Integration:Work closely withBI, CRM, and Product teamsto improve conversion funnels and player retention.

• GEO Expansion:Rapidly scale SEO traffic across key target regions, includingDACH, CA, IT, SG, MY, PH, TR, Morocco, and the UK.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience:3+ years of "boots-on-the-ground" experience in iGaming affiliate marketing.

• The Network:Youmustbring an existing, active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters.

• GEO Expertise:Proven success in navigating diverse markets, from the strict regulations ofUK/Italyto the high-growth landscapes ofSoutheast Asia (SG, MY, PH)andLATAM/MENA.

• Analytical Rigor:Deep understanding of SEO metrics and the ability to use tracking platforms/analytics tools to evaluate traffic health.

• Deal Making:Expert-level negotiation skills with a focus on win‑win partnership structures.

• Languages:English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) levelor higher.

• Adaptability:Comfortable in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment where speed and precision are key.
