Job summary

Hurma in Poland is seeking an Affiliate Learning & Support Lead with 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate management. This remote role focuses on onboarding and training affiliate managers, building a structured support system, and driving partner reactivation.

You will work with the Head of Affiliate and a team of managers, creating programs, materials, and KPI-driven processes. Relocation to Cyprus after probation is available, along with a development budget and generous vacation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry.
• Experience in training, onboarding, or mentoring new specialists.
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models and key performance metrics; systematic, detail-oriented, people-focused.
• Transparent and responsible approach to partner management and cooperation terms.
• Experience in a Team Lead role.
• Experience in reactivating partners.
• Experience in creating training programs and materials.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new affiliate managers: from day one through to independent operation.

• Providing ongoing support to managers after training: regular check-ins, feedback, and KPI assistance.
• Monitoring the quality of managers' work and their interactions with partners.
• Managing the reactivation of partners who have stopped sending traffic: analyzing, outreach, and bringing them back into active collaboration.
• Reporting on the outcomes of onboarding, training, and reactivation initiatives.

We are currently restructuring our affiliate division and are looking for an Affiliate Learning & Support Lead. You will be responsible for onboarding and training affiliate managers, establishing a structured support system for the team post-onboarding, and leading partner reactivation efforts. You will work closely with the Head of Affiliate and the team of affiliate managers.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new affiliate managers: from day one through to independent operation;
• Developing and managing the training system: creating programs, materials, lectures, and case study reviews;
• Providing ongoing support to managers after training: regular check-ins, feedback, and assistance with KPIs;
• Monitoring the quality of managers' work and their interactions with partners;
• Managing the reactivation of partners who have stopped sending traffic: analyzing, reaching out, and bringing them back into active collaboration;
