Job summary

Content Creators is hiring an Affiliate Manager to grow our partner network in the iGaming space. You will manage affiliate campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, in-app, and influencer channels, and negotiate traffic deals with new partners.

You should have 1.5+ years in affiliate management within iGaming, with CIS GEOs experience, and a proven ability to optimize ROI, LTV and FTD quality while collaborating with Analytics, Product, and SEO teams.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming.
• Experience with CIS GEOs and affiliates across SEO, PPC, Facebook, in-app, and influencer channels.
• Experience sourcing, onboarding, activating, and retaining affiliates.
• Knowledge of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee, and Listing Fee models.
• Experience tracking ROI, EPC, CR, LTV, retention, and FTD quality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow affiliate and webmaster partnerships across SEO, PPC, Facebook, in-app, and influencer channels.
• Attract new partners and negotiate traffic deals.
• Monitor traffic quality and profitability (ROI, LTV, FTDs).
• Work with Analytics, Product, and SEO teams.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships and identify new partnership opportunities.
