Job summary

Gravira Group, a fast-growing iGaming product company, is hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager for a fully remote role in Europe. The role focuses on managing high-quality affiliate traffic, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth with a data-driven approach.

The candidate will own negotiations, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new offers. English is required (B2) with Ukrainian as a native language, and 3+ years of affiliate management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming products.
• Proven experience with Tier-1 markets and Facebook traffic.
• Strong affiliate management, traffic arbitrage, and performance marketing knowledge.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; Ukrainian – native.

Responsibilities

• Search, onboard, and manage affiliates and webmasters with high-quality traffic (FB/SEO/ASO/PPC) — including cold outreach
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure performance growth
• Analyze traffic sources, performance metrics, and ROMI (goal of 100%+ ROMI)
• Negotiate deals, optimize campaigns, and ensure top-performing partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new offers and improve conversions
• Monitor daily statistics, payments, and fraud indicators
• Expand and diversify traffic channels across Tier-1 Markets

Gravira Group — a fast-growing iGaming Product company — is looking for a results-drivenSenior Affiliate Manager to strengthen our affiliate department and scale high-quality traffic from Tier-1 markets.

This role is for someone who thrives on results, takes ownership, and understands how to build strong, revenue-driving partnerships with affiliates.

Key responsibilities:

• Search, onboard, and manage affiliates and webmasters with high-quality traffic (FB/SEO/ASO/PPC) — including cold outreach
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure performance growth
• Analyze traffic sources, performance metrics, and ROI (ROMI 100%+ is the goal)
• Negotiate deals, optimize campaigns, and ensure top-performing partnerships
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch new offers and improve conversions
• Monitor daily statistics, payments, and fraud indicators
• Expand and diversify traffic channels across Tier-1 Markets

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming product
• Proven expertise working with Tier-1 markets and FB traffic
• Strong understanding of affiliate management, traffic arbitrage, and performance marketing principles
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Financial literacy and a goal-oriented approach
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Ukrainian - Native.

Would be a plus:

• Your own affiliate/webmaster database (Tier-1)
• Experience in cold outreach and onboarding new affiliates
• Existing partnerships with SEO/ASO /PPC webmasters
• Experience working in startups or dynamic iGaming environments
