Job summary

VML is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our eCommerce team in Poland. You will lead digital marketing and commerce projects within the Adobe ecosystem, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and high-quality results across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role is a B2B contract in Poland, with a hybrid office approach and emphasis on leadership, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management. Fluency in English is essential, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience delivering digital marketing and commerce projects.
• Experience implementing Adobe solutions (AEM, AEP, Campaign, Commerce).
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital marketing and commerce projects using Agile methods.
• Scope requirements, manage budgets, risks, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
• Publish regular status updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
