Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and commerce to join our eCommerce team on a contract basis. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality, complex digital transformation projects, focusing on Adobe Marketing and Commerce solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, scoping, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience in software/digital marketing projects.
• Experience with Adobe Marketing and Commerce solutions.
• Ability to manage multi-geography virtual teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital marketing and commerce projects using Agile (Scrum).
• Scope, define requirements, and craft innovative Adobe solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: estimates, scope, planning, risks, budget.
• Provide accurate status updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Manage multiple workstreams and cross-team interdependencies.
• Forecast resourcing, time management, and invoicing.
