Job summary

SHEIN, a global online fashion retailer, seeks an Admin Manager II to drive operational excellence across the Europe Fulfillment Network. You’ll own administrative policies, manage facilities, coordinate external partners, and lead a growing team while ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in admin management, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to influence stakeholders across functions and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative management, including at least 1 year in team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of administrative systems, office operations, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle pressure effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common administrative management tools.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administration & Policy Development: Develop, refine, and implement administrative policies, procedures, and standards.
• Logistics & General Services: Manage shuttle services, cleaning, security, catering, vehicles, and dormitory operations.
• External Coordination & Compliance: Maintain relationships with landlords, government agencies, and vendors; support fire safety and workplace safety compliance.
• Team Management & Budget Control: Lead, train, and develop the administrative team; prepare and manage annual budget; promote digital tools.
• Culture & Employee Experience: Plan and organize annual events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
