Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to monitor warehouse and network risks, coordinate escalations, and ensure data-driven decisions across our European network. You will work with warehouses, Flow teams, and IT to maintain service performance and manage incident responses.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI reporting, real-time data analysis, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure. English proficiency is essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Ability to work with real-time data and make recommendations.
• Understanding of replenishment, picking, packing and transport dependencies.
• Proficient in Excel and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse and network-level risks related to backlog, capacity, staffing, replenishment, systems, transport, and service performance.
• Coordinate operational escalations between warehouses, Flow teams, Warehouse Managers, Transport, IT, Planning, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure escalations contain clear data, business impact, ownership, timing, recommended actions, and decision requirements.
• Support live incident management and maintain communication until operations return to a stable condition.
• Review operational testing requests and confirm that scope, risks, rollback plans, monitoring arrangements, and stop criteria are defined.
• Support selection of suitable testing windows based on operational volume, staffing, backlog, and network priorities.
• Maintain escalation logs, incident records, handovers, action trackers, and post-incident reviews.
• Identify recurring risks and propose improvements to alerting, reporting, escalation processes, and operational standards.
• Support the Control Tower Lead with reporting on incidents, trends, capacity risks, and service-impacting events.
