Job summary

Boston Scientific Poland is seeking a Clinical Trial Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to clinical project teams. You will work closely with Clinical Research Associates and Field Clinical Research Engineers to manage trial documentation and site initiation preparations.

You will maintain study and site documentation, coordinate translations, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.

  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support clinical project teams with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

  • Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GCP.

You will support clinical trial documentation processes, study start-up activities, and the ongoing management of clinical study documentation.This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to develop their career in Clinical Operations and gain hands-on experience supporting clinical trials in an international environment.As our team and business needs continue to evolve, we are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable and open to change.
