You will learn SAP and Excel workflows while gaining practical experience from seasoned colleagues; this hybrid role requires active student status and good English. The position offers flexible hours and learning opportunities.

Formación

• Must be a current student with good English proficiency.
• Experience with SAP and Excel is beneficial.
• Previous shared services exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process and apply customer payments from bank statements in SAP.
• Handle customer refund processing and inquiries.
• Maintain the shared mailbox and coordinate with AR team.
