Arrow Electronics in Gdańsk is offering a part-time Accounts Payable Intern position. You will support the AP team with processing supplier documents, preparing reports, and reconciling statements. The role provides a flexible hybrid model (2 days in the office) and 25–40 hours per week, ideal for students or early-career finance enthusiasts.

No prior corporate experience is required; you will learn finance and accounting processes from experienced professionals in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate, available for 25–40 hours per week.
• Fluent Polish and English; good command of MS Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus; strong attention to detail required.
• Educational background in Finance, Economics, or Business is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and register supplier documents (invoices/credit notes).
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reports in Excel.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support AP operations and liaise with internal stakeholders.
