Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice is seeking an Intern Junior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and analysis activities. The role is based in Poland, with a hybrid schedule and a start in December, reporting to the FP&A Team Leader.

You will work up to 25 hours per week, assist in reporting, analysis, and automation initiatives, and gain exposure to regional FP&A processes while collaborating with business partners.

Qualifications

• Active student status in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analytics, or related field.
• Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Basic knowledge of financial planning and reporting concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/EPM) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Help develop financial plans by gathering input from business partners and using standard tools and processes.
• Maintain and improve spend and sales reporting, including performance tracking by region and business unit.
• Assist in preparing and presenting financial performance analyses, highlighting variances.
• Contribute to transition of financial tasks between teams to ensure continuity.
• Support automation, simplification, and standardization in financial reporting.
