Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Poland to ensure timely processing and payment of supplier invoices. The role supports CI improvements, audits, and daily AP tasks in a collaborative, process-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of AP experience, a finance/accounting background, and strong Excel skills. English proficiency and ERP knowledge (SAP/Concur) are required or advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting is required.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Intermediate English (written and spoken) required.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage time to meet deadlines.
• Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, Concur or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Validate and post supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Support period-end activities including accrual reports and GL reconciliation.
• Process and clear weekly outgoing payments in line with local finance.
• Handle queries from external and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and support CI-driven system and process improvements.
• Follow the internal control framework and P2P policies.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits and maintain desktop procedures.
• Support centralization of AP activities.
