Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks a PtP Process Support Intern to join our Accounts Payable team in Kraków. The role starts in October 2026 and offers a fixed-term mandate with an hourly gross rate of 35 PLN and a minimum of 35 hours per week.

You will support invoice processing, approvals, and period-end closing activities, gaining practical finance experience. The ideal candidate has basic accounting knowledge, strong MS Excel skills, good English, and is in the final years of studies.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge required.
• Analytical skills including forecasting and problem solving.
• Accuracy and systematicity are important.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel expected.
• English language capable of free communication.
• Preferred if you are in your final years of studies.

Responsibilities

• Provision of invoice processing services, including verification and posting of incoming invoices within procedures and SLAs.
• Manage approval requests and provide information to local finance regarding invoices.
• Support period-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reports.
• Handle and resolve PtP-related inquiries from local finance teams or suppliers.
• Assist in preparing supplier payment proposals aligned with the payment schedule.
