Job summary

Miele is seeking an AR specialist in Poznań to manage cash collection, credit management, and refunds processing for customers across our global network. You will post bank statements and allocate payments, resolving discrepancies while supporting dunning inquiries in a cross-cultural team.

Additionally, you will perform customer credit rating research and contribute to overdue controls, ensuring accurate financial processing and clear communication with colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in AR processes, preferably in cash collection, customer service, and credit management.
• Communicative English at B2 level.
• Good MS-Office skills.
• Team player able to work in a cross-cultural team.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
