Qualifications

• Experience in CRD and Middle Office processes is required.
• Good English skills (both in written and verbal communication).
• Experience in client service considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client queries related to the recordkeeping system are tracked.
• Investigate and resolve operational problems.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Portfolio Services functions.
