Job summary

Fitch Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to join our Warsaw office and lead retention and growth for a defined set of accounts. This role supports a hybrid work model with emphasis on building strong client relationships and cross‑team collaboration.

You will engage customers through online meetings, demos, and presentations, driving value and expansion opportunities across Fitch’s research and analytics products.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an Account Management/Relationship Management role.
• Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent relationship building, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Resourceful, action-oriented, collaborative.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow revenue for assigned accounts, overachieving on sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with the global sales team to onboard new customers.
• Build strong relationships and gather intelligence to increase retention and uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Maintain high activity levels and regular customer engagement throughout the subscription via online meetings and emails.
• Give product demonstrations and conduct presentations tailoring the value proposition to the customer’s needs.
• Record all customer activities in internal systems, including Salesforce.
