We are looking for a proactive and results-drivenBusiness Development Managerwith at least 2 years of experience, specifically in the software development industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with foreign clients, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of B2B business development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets, particularly in the USA, UK, or other English-speaking regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to create tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain CRM tools and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, specifically with software development companies.
  • Proven experience in handling foreign clients (preferably US/UK markets).
  • Excellent English— both written and spoken — is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and proposal writing.
