We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager with proven expertise in U.S. recruitment to lead and manage a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience recruiting for U.S.-based non‑technical roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Retail, and will bring a strategic mindset to ensure efficient, high‑quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to consistently meet and exceed hiring targets for U.S.-based positions.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored specifically to the U.S. talent market.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with U.S. hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Stay updated on U.S. hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
