A leading real estate marketing company in Islamabad is looking for a young and educated female Front Desk Officer. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least one year of experience in front desk operations, skilled in communication, and proficient in handling PABX tasks. A pleasant personality and strong computer knowledge are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 01 year experience in front desk operations.
- Proficient in handling PABX exchange and routing calls.
- Able to manage incoming and outgoing mails/packages.
Responsabilités
- Greet visitors in a friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to appropriate offices.
- Answer incoming calls and route them.

Pakistan’s premier real estate marketing company Star Marketing Pvt Limited has immediate openings for young and educated female Front Desk Officer for its Islamabad Office.
Graduate with minimum 01 year experience in handling front desk operations by greeting visitors in a friendly manner and directing them appropriately. Able to handle incoming and outgoing mails/packages and should be proficient in handling PABX exchange, answering incoming calls and routing to desired extensions. Adequate computer knowledge is desired. Honest, hardworking and well-dressed with pleasant personality.
