Assistant Manager - Medical Billing Operations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day medical billing operations, manage and train a team of billing specialists, ensure accuracy and compliance in billing processes, and handle escalations. The role involves collaborating with clients to resolve billing issues, optimizing the billing cycle for revenue maximization, and monitoring key performance indicators to improve efficiency.

• Oversee day-to-day medical billing operations and ensure accurate and timely claims processing.
• Manage, mentor, and train a team of billing specialists; monitor performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations, payer requirements, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve billing issues and respond to escalations.
• Analyze billing metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization.
• Coordinate with other teams (coding, credentialing, IT) to support end-to-end revenue cycle management.

• Medicine and Medical Affairs skills.
• Experience in Training and Clinical Research.
• Strong Research skills in healthcare.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and IT solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a medical billing or healthcare management role is a plus.
