Job description
1. Project Manager

Duty Station: Multan (with travel to project sites in Punjab)

Duration: 8 months (15 Nov 2025 – 14 July 2026)

Reporting to: Manager Programs / Senior Management Committee

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the “Fostering Climate-Resilient Punjab” project.
  • Coordinate with technical experts, engineers, horticulturists, and community officers to ensure timely and quality delivery of project activities.
  • Supervise budget utilization, procurement plans, and HR deployment in collaboration with Admin, HR, and Finance Units.
  • Liaise with government line departments (PDMA, CDA, PCRWR, WASA, and Tehsil Administrations) for technical approvals and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to donor (GIZ) reporting formats, compliance, and visibility requirements.
  • Lead the preparation of inception, progress, and completion reports.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits, monitoring visits, and knowledge-sharing events.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Master’s degree in Social Science, Environmental Science, Project Management, or Civil/Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years in climate resilience or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in donor-funded projects.
  • Strong coordination, leadership, and report-writing skills.
