Job summary

A leading health service provider in Karachi is seeking an Administrative Staff member who will manage calls, schedule appointments, and assist patients. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of front office experience, with strong communication skills in English and Urdu. This role requires flexibility with shift work. The Aga Khan University Hospital in addition to its five Hospitals creates access through its Outreach Services which include Clinical Laboratories, Outpatient Medical Centres, Pharmacy services, Home Health and other services. Outreach Services are designed to provide primary to secondary healthcare services to patients near their homes and are present in several cities across Pakistan. Outpatient Medical Centres offer a range of specialty clinics including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Cardiopulmonary, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics and Physiotherapy, and cater to children, adults, and elderly patients for general health checks or specific disease consultations.

  • convey patient related problems to supervisor.
Requirements

You should have:

  • a Bachelor’s degree with two to three years of experience mainly working at front office
  • good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
  • ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
  • basic computer knowledge and its application
  • willingness to work in shift duties.
