Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineering Specialist to lead and manage a distributed offshore performance testing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, planning, designing, and executing comprehensive performance and load testing initiatives across the workstreams. This role is pivotal in ensuring system reliability, scalability and meeting defined performance SLAs.
