Job summary
A technology solutions provider is seeking a Lead Engineer to oversee Frontend development for their Motive Fleet products. This role involves leading a team, making architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience with major Frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue. This position promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace and is a remote role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Frontend development experience in a major Frontend framework/stack.
- Experience in leading medium to large complexity Frontend projects.
- Exposure to agile methodology of software development.
Responsibilities
- Lead large complexity Frontend projects with 4-6 developers.
- Make architectural design decisions for new features.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
