Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous 0-1 year of experience or internship in HR is preferred.

  • Support management of employee relations issues.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Aid in performance appraisal processes.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Build credibility through effective communication.
  • Support initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Assist in managing change effectively.
  • Participate in various HR projects as assigned.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies.
