Job summary

National Foods Limited in Karachi is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to coordinate sales activities within the assigned zone and lead a team of Territory Sales Managers to hit zonal targets.

You will develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Support to optimize the route-to-market approach. You will manage distributor relationships and drive growth across the zone.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• 4-6 years relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing sales strategies for the allocated zone in accordance with NFL’s revenue targets.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure regional targets are cascaded and achieved through Territory Sales teams.
• Track, monitor, and report on performance of the Territory Sales team to ensure targets are met within timeframes.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Marketing to review route-to-market strategies for the zone.
• Identify, pursue and build relationships with channel partners, distributors, wholesalers and retailers across the zone.
• Assess distributor performance and conduct visits to maintain relationships with distributors.
• Expand NFL presence in underserved markets using market intelligence from TSMs and Marketing.
• Negotiate pricing and sales terms with distributors and monitor contract implementation as agreed.
• Coordinate with Marketing and QIRD to review product category performance.
• Lead regular reviews with TSMs to track performance against targets and address issues.
