Job summary

Contour Software seeks a Workday Analyst to support HRIS systems across Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. You will configure and optimize Workday modules, deliver reporting and analytics, and collaborate with HR teams to meet regional requirements.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform data migrations, create dashboards, and provide end‑user training and documentation. A minimum of 3 years in Workday and strong communication in English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration across core HCM modules.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and reports.
• Strong collaboration with HR stakeholders and end users across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define HR system requirements.
• Configure, test, and document Workday features for new functionality.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and perform data uploads (EIBs).
• Develop dashboards and reports to address global HR needs.
• Provide system training and update documentation for HR teams.
