Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in HR operations or related roles.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with supervision; eager to learn.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Workday operations and data maintenance.
• Process lifecycle transactions: hires, transfers, promotions, job changes.
• Manage Workday business processes: initiate, monitor, reassign, delegate.
• Assist with Workday account activation and user access requests.
• Audit employee data for accuracy and compliance with HR policies.
• Create process documentation and SOPs for Workday activities.
• Generate Workday reports and assist data analysis for HR operations.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and automation.
