Job summary

Contour Software in Pakistan is seeking a Workday Analyst to provide analytical and technical HRIS support, ensuring data quality and compliant personnel actions. You will work from our Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi office as part of the Jonas Corporate HR team.

You will configure Workday modules, build dashboards, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to continuously improve HR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration in 3+ modules (HCM, Absence & Time Off, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Integrations, Recruitment, Reporting, Security).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders in practical terms in both languages.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity of HR information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and design scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure, test, and document Workday functionality and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and support global users (tickets, audits, data uploads).
• Develop dashboards and reports to address business needs and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes using Workday features.
• Stay updated on Workday updates and best practices; share insights with the team.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions for users.

The Position:

The Workday Analyst provides analytical and technical support to the Human Resources department related to HR systems. This includes maintaining quality and consistency of HRIS database information; ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resources policies and guidelines; providing technical support to Human Resources as well as employees and managers. The hired individual will be located and work out of the Contour Software Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi office, working as part of the Jonas Corporate HR department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions meeting business needs
• Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionality and enhancements based on business and regional requirement
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex system issues and defects
• Provide day to day Workday system support for a global userbase, including ticket resolution, audits, data uploads (EIBs)
• Develop dashboards and advanced, matrix and composite reports that address business needs
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and optimize processes within and outside the system using Workday capabilities
• Stay current on new system features, updates and best practices and share insights with the team to facilitate continuous improvement
• Create and deliver system training tools (i.e. process documentations, training sessions, communications)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3+ years of strong hands on configuration experience is requiredin 3 or more of the Workday modules/areas: core HCM, Absence & Time Off, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Integrations, Recruitment, Reporting, Security
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and explain technical concepts in practical terms in both languages
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts
